UMEX SA, owner of the project “Concrete platform for storage various goods on Plot 77 and Site Organization, land fencing, gate cabin, perimeter lightning”, announces to the concerned public about the decision-making of the framing stage by APM Constanta: AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT IS NOT NECESSARY, within the environmental impact assessment procedure for the project “Concrete platform for storage various goods on Plot 77 and Site Organization, land fencing, gate cabin, perimeter lightning” suggested to be located in Constanta, Constanta Port Entrance, Plot 77.

The draft of the classification decision and the reasons underlying may be consulted at the headquarters of the competent authority for environmental protection Constanta, Unirii street no. 23 and at the headquarters of UMEX S.A., Constanta Port Entrance, Berth 44, on Monday-Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm, as well as at the following link: http://apmct.anpm.ro.

The concerned public may submit comments/observations on the draft of the classification decision within 10 days from the date of publication of the announcement on the website of the competent authority for environmental protection.
